Default Rollmaster timing chain

So I have a Rollmaster IWIS 60 link chain, but not gears to go with it. Does anybody know where i can buy gears and oil pump spacers seperate? Or would buying an LS2 chain just be easier?
I have heard some of the double roller chains can come too close to the balancer.

Do a search, as I remember some of those Rollmaster JWIS chains have failed so you may be better off with the LS2 chain.

Thats what i figured, better off with the LS2. Only running a 228 duration cam and 243 heads anyway.

I have never heard of a rollmaster failing, I have just put one on my 383 and I will tell you Expect to do a little work, I had to machine my balancer with my ls6 oil pump, I swapped to a melling now and I dont think It would have had to be machined, But the timing cover will need some clearancing. If I was starting over I would get the LS2 setup but I already had my rollmaster.

Rare but does happen. I think my point to the OP was that since he only has the chain and needs the remaining parts, why not just go with the LS2 chain.

By just hearing that bad news from all the others it doesnt sound like its worth it. Let alone I dont even wanna sell it and let anybody else risk it. I just got a .588 lift cam on a 113+2 and 243 heads but the LS2 chain should do just fine. Thanks for all the details.
