looking for the best cam!!!!!!
Research EPS (Engine Power Systems) a sponsor here. They have recently released a new series of lobes that are easier on the valvetrain. I am sure there are others out there too that aren't as agressive (Comp XE, Crane) but these seem to have been producing good results.
As far as most power, good power band, for anyone to give you decent advice, they will need to know more about your application.
Driver/weekend warrior/track car?
Stick/auto/gears/stall?

There is no "best" cam, period. 241s and an ls6 intake are going to limit you for sure.
There are cams out there to better suit your setup than others, but never a "best" cam.
More info needed.

well i was using 241 cos they toll me they would do some high comp. and thats wa i need it, but if i would get more of 6.0 heads ill buy some but whats wrong with the intake thoought it was better than the one of the truck.
info would im taking my lq9 block to get pistons and stuff put in tuesday and every thing is going in a 2001 camaro z28 m6 i got 4.10 in the stock rear end i still have the whole ls1 thats where i was going to get some parts of oh and i also bought ls7 lifters and jumpers and injectors.

Is this a drag car? Are you running Long Tube headers and an ORY or duals?
im keeping ac so guess not really going to be a DD im trying to keep the engine bay looking as stock as possible so im just going to run duals with out headers just taking cats off not a drag car really mostly for street racing.

So keeping the a/c makes it a non daily driver?
I think I saw “street race" in there, is it going to be strickly for racing? What are your goals for the car?

Lucky for you, 78% of our atmosphere is nitrogen - all cams works very well with it...
Thankfully, after several requests, we have a halfway decent idea of what your setup is...sorry if the sarcasm makes me sound like a like a dick, but articulating exactly what you want, and giving everyone the details needed instead of having them dig for information goes a long way to getting help in the forum.

As far as street racing is concerned, you might be racing from a big roll, you might be going from a dig, etc. The best you can hope for is a combination that makes the best power across the board. Avoid the temptation to run a large by huge cam and stick with something in the low 230's duration. Nitrous Oxide is only a consideration for cam selection if you are regularly running big shots (200+) and less of a consideration on a street car. Getting a good flowing set of heads and tailoring the valve events and compression for your build will go a long way to building a solid street racer.
Good luck with your build!
