I would check the plugs and make sure none are cracked or damaged. If everything looks good I would ohm out the wires to check and see if they are good or if one is bad. Make sure you get them all pushed on good. Doing this should find or resolve your problem.

Took the car to auto zone and the code p0357 came out meanting it can be coil, plugs, wires ect. I took the plugs to get tested and they are good. Any one got and idea what it could be, car was fine before the plug change.

Did you test the wires? Put the multimeter leads (one in both ends) and turn to your lowest resistance setting (under 100 ohms) and as you're watching the scale, wiggle the wire around and again, make sure you've got contact with the leads. If you have resistance changes alot, might have a bad wire there. Thats the cheap/easy test.

Good luck

How old are the wires? Sometimes handling old wires will cause them to break up. I had this happen on my truck when I did the plugs at 100K

Yeah, I replaced all the wires when I put new plugs in just to avoid this. You can pick up a set of Taylor Spiro Pros at TSP for less than $50...

Ithought it was the wires to so I went to go buy new ones and put them on still doing the same thing. Iam thinking it might be that the wires are not pushed all the way in.But I do hear the click when I do push the wires in. Can it be a bad coil and how can I test them.

If you still have them put the old plugs back in and see if that makes any difference

move the coil to a different cylinder and see if the problem follows the coil. p0357 is the #7 cylinder

Check the connections to the coil packs and look for visible wear. If none found, switch back to tr55s gapped and .050 and see if the problem continues.

at idle spray a little water on each header tube a couple of inches from the heads, they all should evaperate quickly. if one is miss fireing or not fireing at all thats the bad cylinder. swap wires and repeat, if still same remove plug and check it or just replace it with new one. easier way if you have/get a laser temp gun...

You talked about narrowing up the gap for a nitrous tune. Did you change the tune at the same time? It sounds like a fueling issue to me. Might be good for idle with the narrow(er) gap, but at higher RPM you are flooding it out.
