I don't want to open my intake,I feel it would be a PITA to reseal so I'm asking any one with TFS about their alignment.I think .125 thick rubber spacers are too thin,is a .250 spacer too much?some one could make money selling these spacers.

My Fast 90 intake didn't seem to line up really well to the intake runners on my stock cylinder heads. Is this kind of normal?

Brian Tooley at TEA even told me to get the 220's with hand finishing than getting the 215's. Must say something.... if I get into another LS1 I'll be going this route too. Nice results to the OP. Track times????

just seperate it...it will seal again...mine had been apart a few times so I got a new cord gasket and used some rtv to seal it up...there is no way to see how it fits without it in two pieces...then you will know how much to port off the intake runners and how much to shim it up...also you can then index the head to where the intake is so when it is fully assembled it will go exactly on the head where you want it to...

Should have some soon. I got a BMR T/A relo kit but the stock mount didn't work like I was told so it wouldn't go on . T/A is banging like a bitch on the tranny so I didn't want to put the stickeys on and bust something ....... I will remedy this ASAP and make it down the 1320 soon.
