New development from absolute speed As a new year resolution I decided to have all my stg2 heads cnc'ed by a company by me on long island. The reason is to cut down big time on leadin and wait times. My Goal is to have a series of my stg2 heads on the shelf. The cnc heads are a version of my newest stg2 port with the 2.040 valves, these heads are improved mainly in the mid range lift areas from .300-.500 and improved flow overall through the ls6 intake. I am running a GP on the stg2 cnc version for 1280 outright {no core charge}. look in the GP section for more details. I have 12 sets now being cnc'd that should be ready by Jan 19th
coming this month, my new 80mm throttle bodies and ls6 intake manifold porting. The tb's will sell for 289.99 and the ported intake will run 499.99. the Two combined are worth in the 20hp area on h/c 346 engines and more on larger cubed gen 3's

Ive been getting alot of questions on the 2.04 valve. The 2.04 valve I feel is the perfect size for the port and the stock size bore. Not only does flow go up but keeping the cross sectional area near stock makes velocity in the runner increase also, while I can get flows near the same with a 2.02 valve, the velocity and rate of increase while the valve opens improves most of all. I also made a few other changes in port design and valve job that improved low and mid lift flow. The 2.04 valve will work with any cam, big or small it likes it all. Listed below is the corrected flow numbers off my superflow at 28 inches of water depression

now for the intake, it will be on exchange basis. It is alot of porting in hard to get to areas, also the flow numbers listed above is through an untouched ls6 runner. I will get pics on here of the throttle body in the near future.
