This is a solid cam obviously.
Looks like base circle is 1.400. What would be a good lifter without spending a fortune. I was thinking the Morel with the link bars. Would a spring in the 700 open/ 250 closed, range be o.k.? Probably shift in the 7k range. Anything special needed with the oil system?

I heard the new Isky lifters are nice, but I don't know if they make them for ls1. I'm running Edel. 245cc heads from West Coast CH. Titanium retainers. Stainless int. and inconel ex. valves. CM pushrods. Haven't decieded on rockers yet. Probably the Jessel or Comp.

I was dead set on getting rid of the stock lifter trays but I see alot of people running them. Can they hold up? The whole design seems chikn shiz to me. I've never had a problem with them tho.

Alright. It looks like the isky, crower, morel, and the comps are all about the same price. The morel, comp, crower are similar in design. The red zone isky are thinner at the tip. Looks like they have a slightly larger pin and come in a couple different lengths. Which one to buy? It's likely between the Morel, crower, or isky. Reading the problems with the old comps kinda turns me off.
