Need Engine Help!!! I am about to pull out my motor and go through it due to several main reasons.
1. Only put 330 hp on the ground(seems weak for what I have done to the car)
2. Pretty bad cold start knock.
3. Oil consumption (between 3-4 quarts between changes every 3000 miles)
I have been told that my lack of power is probably due to compression loss. I have been told by numerous people that I should be putting down 360-380. Does anyone have any input, am I headed in the right direction or do I need to try something else?? All help is much appreciated.
