Default I need a list for lifters/pushrods/heads swap... Help.

I'm going to be cracking the engine open because of internal noise I'm hearing @ 1.5K to 3K rpms.

Since everyone I talked to seems to think I need to replace the lifters or pushrods, I'll replace them while the heads are off, might as well put either 243s or 799 heads to replace my 241s.

I need all the parts that's needed for this so please help me guys.

Remember this is on stock cam, and not planning on making this a 9 sec car either however when I get back to the states, I'll be putting an EPS cam.

You'll need head gaskets and head bolts for sure. Usually if you're replacing the lifters, people will recommend you replace the lifter trays while you're there. In most cases your valve cover gaskets, intake gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, etc can be re-used and not worried with.
