Im the third owner, got the car 2 years ago with 75k miles for $10,700. It now has 109k miles and has been a really good car, only the thermostat has been a drivability issue, ive also had maintenance on the high pressure power steering hose and brakes.

The body lines on the fenders arent that great, I think it might have been in a somewhat minor wreck. It doesnt show on a lift, any damage.

There isnt reported damage and it has a clear title.

$250 is cheap for a tune if its a dyno tune.

I just paid $450 for mine. Also apparently my A4 has 3.23 gears (just checked the door code) and the tuner confirmed it. He was recommending at least 3.73 or even 4.10s to go with the 3600k stall.

As others have stated dont go lower than a 3600 converter. I have a 3600 with my head/cam setup and it is daily driven and have no issues with it besides occasional surging. Idles nice and smooth and has great street manners.

I dont think its a dyno tune, it costs over $100 to put a car on one here I think anyways.

Ill get the 3,600 see how it works for me

The TR228 is from Thunder Racing. They are a sponsor here.
