Wasn't calling you the troll jackass. But now Im calling you a JACKASS.
Did you even read any of the many threads before you decided to ask 100 questions in one post? The the stickies at the top of each forum have a answer to your questions. After you read them then people have no problem answering something you are confused by but you haven't shown any effort. We all have questions but you can't expect to be spoon fed.

I've hooked up my buddies Cobalt SS and no way it's winning at the track and I can careless about a roll race.

If you doing H/C there is nothing diffrent about the 98, Most only get into PCM problems when they go FI. Stock they 806 heads are the worst and aren't worth porting. Spend the money and get some CNC heads. If you can dump so much money into a Cobalt SS then you should have no problem finding the money to get some 243's ported or AFR's

With DR I would be in the 12's granted high high 12's but that dosen't matter cause the AFR heads, cam and FAST intake are going on next week.

Good luck with you car. Welcome to the family

It's a 12 year old 124,000 mile car, you'll have to figure out what is worn, broken or needs upgrading to handle whatever you're going to put it through.

Not bragging but i have a cobalt ss/sc and a ton of bolt ons and = to stage 4-5 my car dyno at 294whp and 268wtq and while fun am just board with the car. No crazy burnouts, drifting, and powerslides. My friends 2001 transam was so slow and he himself dynod at 410whp and still lost but then he got 373 and now he walks me from a dig =( still get him from a roll.
Wow you have got to be a real dipshit to post this then ask about buying and modding one up.And for you to put this up and think anyone believes you is retarded. Wish I saw this earlier, was going to tell him to get a convertible, they're like a million times heavier but I'm running 11's, so they must be faster than that LT1

98s need a new chip for tuning upgrades, check out frost tuning .if you can get the car for cheap go for it. read the stickies, ask more questions. 500 rwhp pretty expensive with a 346. you need 17/8 headers, true dual exhaust. 92/102 mm fast intake, and a matching TB.better rod bolts, new motor mounts. check out TSP for a head and cam combo. you will need a good cnc head with a custom cam. good luck and sell alot of blood.

Have you looked into the Classified ads ? There's many cars with tons of mods for a decent price in todays economy. Maybe you could find something close to what you like then finish off the mods?

I know this cause I have a ton a change in a 01 WS6, but I'm not giving it away !
