Default need info for adpter harnesses for ls3 heads and intake swap.

I going to install ls3 heads and ls3 intake and injectors on a gen 3 6.0 and install it in my 2001 vette. I need to know what adapters harnesses I will need.
I alreay know I need the adapters to run the ls3 injectors.
I know I need the adapter to run a ls2 throttle on my ls1 c5 vette.
Do I need some type of adapter for the map sensor on the ls3 intake? If so who sells it?
Will I need to do any thing for the knock sensors considering I am running a gen 3 6.0 with the sensors in the same place as my ls1?
Is there any thing else Im missing?

use your LS3 injectors and don't worry about the harness for them...(should mate up fine w/your injector harness)

is the bore on the LS3 heads comperable to the (assuming) LS6 block?
Don't sweat the MAP either, use yours... should fit too.

Can't help w/the knock sensor portion or the issue w/TB.

D

Alot of the componants are directly swappable which is why I based my recommendations above. Clearly some are not (i.e. throttle body & my question about the heads bore)

Im not using an ls6 Im useing a lq4 6.0 short block. The ls6 would have to small of a bore and would shroud the valves on the ls3 heads.
I know the map sensor on the ls3 intake in in a different location that why I asked about the harness for it.
Im pretty sure the ls3 injectors will not plug into the factory ls1 injectors plugs.

If I'm wrong about the connection, sorry. We don't get paid on here

How did you handle the MAP sensor? I bought a Katech MAP extension harness, but then we found that the LS1 MAP sensor is loose in the LS3 MAP hole. Trying to figure out what the best resolution is...

I'm pretty sure you suppose to leave the ls3 map sensor in the ls3 intake that's why you needa adapter harness which also works to extend it to work on the ls3 intake. I bought the one from ktech also but the one they sent me was only about 2 inches long so I ordered another one from lengenfelter or how ever you spell their name.
