Default Dyno #'s with 224 cam, Patriot StgII 5.3's in an A4

I am seriously considering going with a set of heads and wanted to see if anyone with a similar combo to mine already had dyno#'s or track times (trap speeds).

so if you have an A4 with a 224/224 112 LSA Cam .581 lift with the patriot stage II 5.3 heads- please list your #'s.

My current combo is that cam, stock heads, 3:23 gears, LS6 intake, lid, Hookers, 3" Y into 3.5" single exhaust with dump- dynoed 375 HP, 380 TQ unlocked. What do you think I'd see with the heads?

cant help ya with the PP's, but mine pulled 399.9 with TEA 1.5 5.3's and the 224/224 .563 114 cam and all bolt ons/no dyno tricks and heavy 17inch rims

you should be around 390-410 with any head you choose

good luck

I'm personally looking for a setup with the same cam but not sure which heads to go with.

I want over 400 to the wheels for mid-low eleven second slips.

Well I dont hve those particuar heads but I have the cam, Hooker Long tubes, 4400 TCI, Ed Wright tuning, ported LS6, Zo6 Maf, Whisper Lid, 3.73 10 bolt, dual 3 inch Dr. gas pipe, the heads flowed 296 on I at .550 lift and 236 on E at .550 lift. My best et was 11.26@120. with a 1.56 60ft. Dynoed at 410horse and 405ft.lb. I still have room for improvement on the 60 because for some reason the car was shifting out early at 4000 on the 1-2 shift. Hope this helps. If you have any ?'s feel free to ask.
