I have a Dyno Sim program on my computer, or if I'm really bored I'll do the math manually. You should be able to find something on Google.

the block i have was supposedly a "GM test engine" and was only ran for a short amount of time. there definately was no wear on the cylinders, but whatever. anyways, it started life as a 230 deck. the other 6.0 block the school i go to owns, and were building it to put in our S-10 drag truck. anyways, i got done with my block on the CNC machine so the instructor had me do the same process to the school's block, it was brand new from Jegs i beleive. it was also a 230 deck. the 5.3 block i had, i simply put it in the CNC to take the measurements, it has been raped with 170k miles and was just shy of a 240 deck. i think it was 235 maybe in the highest point. then we did the LS1 block of mine, again just to check measurments in the same CNC machine as the others and it came out 240...so i guess its a crap shoot as to which you get.

on my block, the "test engine" we took a total (according to the CNC machine) of .011 off the deck for a 9.2182 finished deck. go figure i guess....

Hmm, weird. To tell you the truth, we did get some unique blocks though our shop. I saw an LS7 block, with oil squirters, and no scallped sleeves.

thats odd, sounds like the YFZ450 motor i tore down recently, it was an 06 so it had the wrist pin squirter, but the jug wasent cut for it, so the squirter was just spraying oil on the bottom of the cylinder wall. i think someone changed it tho...
