Default broken AFR 205 valve spring keeper

I was installing the afr 8019 springs on brand new 205s and 1 keeper broke.
I'm not sure if a stock keeper/retainer will be ok or call afr to get another one

any input would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,

looks like a stock lock to me in the pic. I would check with AFR to be sure though.

PM me your name and address....

I will mail a pair of them tomorrow....you likely had it cocked on the valve a little when you tried to install it.

No big deal

Cheers,
Tony

PS....Our locks are a higher grade of steel than stock....but a stock lock would technically work

That's odd. I don't think I've ever seen one break. Being so small it is kind of like stepping on an ant. You have to have a ton of direct pressure to break it.
