Default metal pieces found in oil stuck to magnetic drain plug during oil change

cant seem to upload some pics of them, any help. i took the pics from my iphone and can send to someone who thinks they might be able to help
my question is, what are the pieces and what do i have to do to replace them.
the car seems to run the same and sound the same but am not driving it til i find out what broke and what its gonna cost to fix it.
help me drive my car again please

They look a little thin for valve seals, and too big for valve locks....I'm not sure. Do any of them mate together to form a full cirlce?

the two small ones seem to fit together and make almost a perfect circle.
the two pieces closest to the nickel

see thats kinda what i thought too, i looked in my haynes repair manual and tried matching them to anything in there and the closest thing i could find (going off black and white pictures) was either the intake valve seal or the exhaust valve seal

the small piece by the dime is not wide like the others it is thin like a washer or a clip or something

They could be destroyed portions of retainers, but you would defintely know something wasnt right when half your springs were just bouncing around. Did you find any spring material?

no other pieces found yet, drained oil, filled it back up and started it three times to listen for any noises but i am stumped until i take the valve covers off
those retainers look a little thick but kinda hard to tell

also, when my cam was installed 40-50k miles ago they were replaced with a full kit, was told titanium blah blah blah but its not all stock up top, dont know if that matters

Might be the roller tips off some of the rockers...i'd pull the valve covers and look.

See I thought that too, but that thing would be noisier than an LSx camshaft installed at a nissan dealership if he was missing parts up top of that magnitiude.

FWIW the titanium parts wont stick to a magnet.

oh, well i dont know exactly what was put in the motor, just know that i am very scared of the parts i found in the oil, lol

yeah i am trying to find someone to do that this week, not looking forward to riding the yamaha to work all week, at least its not july yet and 110*-114*
