LQ9 purchased...what mods to do

Aren't all 243 heads the same? Same casting #? If a 243 off a 5.3L be the same off a 5.7? Casting # 12564243...would this fit my lq9?

what do you want? you keep going back and forth between l92 heads and 243 heads!! Figure that out and then ask questions!!
