Duals may be nice for the "piece of mind" but if you have a good enough beehive (PAC 1518) you wouldn't have to worry about it in the first place. Why have all that extra valvetrain weight and excess spring pressure, in most cases, for nothing. There are good beehive's on the market, just not everyone chooses to run them. To top it off a lot of people run cheap *** duals like a Patriot Golds China garbage. Never really hear of problems with them but I wouldn't run them.

^^Thats not good.

I need to get the drivers side head off and check those springs as well. They are probably just as bad..

Did you pull yours out the top? I havent really worked on it since the day it happened, but i got the one bad head off, other head and all accessories are still on it. Considering deleting the a/c while its out too.

I pulled mine out top and let me make a suggestion if you go that route. Take the transmission with it...

It took what seemed like forever to get the transmission input through the clutch when dropping it back in through the top.

Whats the most material i can take of the cylinders? I know its not much, but from what i can see, the cylinder isnt terrible. Ill know more when i get it pulled out though.
