Well, i had .110 PTC with the 317s, i just dont want to have to fly cut and if milling the 243(when i get a set) would cause me to have to fly cut, i would not be happy.

We've had guys gain more than that in the 1/8th going from as cast 243's to our 226cc full CNC work. However, don't be surprised if it takes an outing or two before you've got everything from tuning/suspension/launch technique/etc. adjusted to really make the added power work.
^Listen to these guys, they have IMHO the best ported 243 in the business...do yourself a favor and give them a call (just my $0.02).
