As has been said, it is certainly possible. It will depend not only upon the quality/potential of the work applied to the 243's, but your ability to use the new found power. We've had guys gain more than that in the 1/8th going from as cast 243's to our 226cc full CNC work. However, don't be surprised if it takes an outing or two before you've got everything from tuning/suspension/launch technique/etc. adjusted to really make the added power work.
