LQ9, 243's, TR224, LS6 intake, mid length headers, 4 inch air intake, truck MAF, 4L80e, Circle D 3200, and Dual 3inch exhaust, all in a 2001 S10.
I have factory LS6 injectors in it now. Are they enough for this combo? If not, what brand, and what size?
I'd love to here guesstimates on how much power this little street combo will make.
TIA

Katech has GM 38lb injectors for $239 a set,,,and behind 58psi fuel pressure that makes them rated at 42lbs.
Also they are good for up to 650hp so if you ever decide to add a dry shot of nitrous then your covered with these injectors.
Just a suggestion

I dunno what LS6 injectors flow but I would say hit up FIC Injectors and they can spec you some out or go with the tried and true SVO 30 red tops. Thats gonna be a fun ride

Thats real close to my set up, you will love it on the street! I'd seriously think about going to Long tubes and alittle more converter if they aren't already bought... Just a suggestion.

ls6 28lb injectors should be good to around 440rwhp on a m6 or 420rwhp on a a4. I would get some 36lbs from FIC since they will be good till about 570rwhp on a m6, 540rwhp on a a4 and give plenty of room to grow. 42lbers would be good till about 670/640rwhp and are too much for that setup.

Lot's of conflicting info here....hmmmm a search came up with the same results! LOL
I don't wanna buy injectors unless I have to because this truck is gonna be my daily driver and I won't be adding anymore power. If I need them I'll buy'em. Just not sure what the best thing would be.
I already had this combo finished up with a LQ4 (broke 2 pistons) with stock heads and TR224. So I already have all the parts I just gotta switch out the engines this weekend and get it tuned sometime in the next week or so.
here's a link to the build thread-

Thanks for the info so far fella's

Stock injectors will work, and they will likely be over 90% duty cycle. Being its a DD, makes injectors an even better investment. FIC injectors can rejet stockers, so you have a great spray pattern and great reliability.

SAE states injectors should run at no more then 80%. So you just proved my point
Seriously, my SVO 30s were at 80% with cam and bolt ons. It doesn't get anymore perfect then that. I do agree with the tendency to oversize injectors. However, using stockers for non-stock power levels is no bueno.

I rolled the dice and skipped on buying injectors ... had it on a mustang dyno this morning and I ran out of injector at 5100 rpm. Going back in 10 days with what I should have done in the first place. Made good numbers till that point but now I am dying to know what it can do with the right sized injectors.
For the $ ... dont go back for a second tune... get the injectors.
