Default 6.4L build, need advice (daily driver)

I've posted about this before with little luck, but this time I have a starting point.
The block is a lq4 block that I will punch .030 and I will be using a probe stroker kithttp://www.coasthigh.com/Chevy-LS2-6...12-ps-c392.htm. Now I also have a ported and polished set of 243's, would those do nicely with that setup? Should I have oversized valves put in? And what of the compression ratio using stock head gaskets.

After these are answered I'll go into cams, intake, and fueling. I don't want to get to many topics at once going in here

243 heads milled .035" will put you just shy of 11:1 on a LQ4 using GM MLS gaskets.

Bump, I got the compression ratio figured to around 10:7:1.
On the heads would it be beneficial to go with larger valves (IE:2.020 int 1.600 ex) cause that's my plan.
