Just like the title says. I called on Monday and talked to a sales rep. and was told the cranks were scheduled to start shippin on Tuesday.

 

We spoke with Eagle this morning, and they said cranks will start shipping next Monday. We're waiting on quite a few for customers' engines. When we spoke with them at the PRI show in early December, they said that the biggest hold-up at that point was proper packaging to keep UPS from destroying them. I can appreciate that considering UPS tore up one of our 4" LS1 Lunati cranks! They assured us this morning that they WILL start shipping next Monday. I guess we'll find out.

I agree with Vents. I have been told the same thing since late November when I ordered mine. At this point all I can do is wait like everyone else. What I thought was odd is that I offered to come and pick mine up, and was told it was not just the boxes. They also said something about finishing them up. You know if they would just tell what the hold up really is I would not be irritated. A company like Eagle should not have any problems with coming up with a shipping solution. AHH! my venting is done. Sorry.

 

I've been waiting too.How hard is it to make a proper box???? Really!! I can make one in 10 minutes in my garage!!!

 

Funny how a few say they have theirs! I wont name names, but weve read the posts. Eagle obviously had more issue than shipping, but it must been somewhat minor. They will all stick to the company line whatever that is.

 

Yes a few people have recieved a very limited amount..i have witnessed that..

 

I was told that there just wasn't a box issue, It had something to do with the journals or something. And they won't ship till the problem is fixed. This just plain suck. I figure don't sell it or put it out on the market if you don't have it ready to sell. Might not go to SBSO after all. Still got no crank.

 

Who knows, but once they do ship I'd bet they will be decent. Can any vendor here say they have received and installed one yet?????

 

I called today and they told me the same thing. They siad some will ship tomorrow and that the majority of the cranks will ship out on monday and that most places should have tm by the end of next week. .......... Im almost done...... if they put it off again im getting my money back and just going with a forged 348.
