Default LS2 Aluminum or LQ9 IRON?

Which block is stronger? Im looking to build a stroker for my 2000 SS and maybe some spray.

the iron block by its nature alone is stronger...
depending on how big of a nitrous spray you intend to use... you can probably use both if the engine is built correctly and you use a head with a thicker deck for nitrous.
