Do ARP Side bolts for mains use washers underneath?

Need a definitive answer. Thats what I need to know. These are the small M8 bolts that go in the side of the block. I know you use RTV under the heads of the bolts, just trying to find out if i'm missing washers.

Nope, no wahers.

I believe arp suggest just using some rtv sealer and torque them to specs and your done.
