Building a 383 LS1 need H/C/I selection advice.

Building a 383 LS1 need H/C/I selection advice.
I have a stock LS1 block.
-I have some Callies 6.125" rods.
-I am getting the Callies 4" stroker crank
-Planning on 1-3/4 longtubes...might be stuck with 2010 camaro 1-3/4 shorties because of packaging on this car.
I would like to make 450-500 RWHP as cheaply and durably as possible.
I will be using a T56 and this combo will only have to move a 3000lb car.
Emissions are not an issue either is idle quality.
Low maintainance is a priority. I had 400+hp(on pump gas) 4 banger with solid lifters. I dont want that maintaince routine EVER again.
NO NITROUS or RACEGAS of F/I allowed.
I will be converting to SD with a LS1 ECU
What Heads should I use?
What pistons for those heads(remember its a stroker!)?
What cam?
Which intake manifold? (Is the Edelbrock Pro-Flo XT EFI or Edelbrock Victor Jr. LS1 EFI good for this combo?..the price is good for my wallet...)
Which injector size?

same as above, but may i suggest the tsunami cam from tsp. give them a call. i have an ls1 in my 99 w stage 2.5 5.3 heads and the tsu cam dyno d 440 418 rwhp. ive heard that same setup w the 383 works wonders, sounds like that would be right where you want it.
also i only ran 37 lb inj so 42s sound right on. if you can get a 90/90 that wld be great but a ls6 mani would be a good start money wise.

Would one of the intake manifolds I mentioned work OK? I don't have any rails so I'm probably going to go after market anyways. As for the heads I like the price of the PRC 5.3s stage 2.5 .... Is that really enough head for my goal?

if i could do it over again i would have went with afrs or trickflow. but as far as tsp gos. the 5.3s have good compression, and the ls6 heads have better flow, so i would get ls6 heads and have them shaved a bit.
