MAST Motorsports LS3 heads are among the very best, in flow anyway. But the price reflects this. Probably because they're not just ported production heads, but all-new castings.

trick flow should be coming out with square port heads soon, I would wait and check them out

Alot of suggestions in this thread with no information to base them on!

What are your plans for the car? Do you already have a camshaft or are you going to install one that is built for the heads? Naturally aspirated or power adder? What kind of vehicle is this going in? Is your 6.0L a flat-top or dished piston? What transmission, gear, stall, etc? Weight of vehicle?

These are just some of the questions you should be asked to answer before anybody makes a recommendation for you! If they don't ask, then they aren't going to give you good advice!

We are blessed there are many great choices... AFR, TFS, PI, PRC (proprietary) Mast etc....
