ok so i'll give you a serious answer, you probably fucked your motor and depending on the mileage on it you might as well look for a used longblock so you can pull your LS1 out and put the other one in. save your engine and use it as a learning experience, buy a engine stand and take it apart and learn or take it apart then take it to a machine shop and put forged internals in it and call it a day.

You can set it as your homepage....all you have to do is cut and paste the web address and add it to the url in the homepage option....
