Default Dyno results

Well went to Amazon and dyno'd on the mustang dyno which is known to be lower numbers then the dyno jet. I am doing the tsp 231/237 cam and pp stage 2 5.3 heads in a few weeks and wanted a good base to see what total numbers I get.

I have a 2002 m6 z28

Only power mods I have are:
whisper lid, gmmg exhaust, cutout, asp pulley and throttle body bypass

Here are the dyno runs: These are all Corrected Numbers

Cutout Open
I put down 334.9 @5500 rwhp
and 346 @4500 torque

Cutout closed
I put down 326.7 @5500 rwhp
and 336.7 @4500 torque

Definately some stout #s for a Mustang dyno/stock internals car. Its also crazy you picked up 10rhwp with a cutout over the GMMG. I have seen heads/cam cars not pick up more than 3rwhp with a cutout over the GMMG......

Now get the heads/cam installed and see where youre at...

Yea, we all were pretty wide eyed at the results too. I didn't really care as I only did it to see before and after but still

Wow! Those are impressive numbers for a Mustang dyno, as the others have said. Congrats!

Perhaps this was a case of the Mustang dyno being calibrated to serve up DynoJet-like numbers? Either way, excellent results.

That's what I would say. How does the dyno compare to dyno-jets in the area? Sounds like they have theirs calibrated already.

Well if it is calibrated that is awesome then. Either way those numbers for that few of mods on a dyno jet will still make me happy.
