Ok so had everything put back together and was at a standstill at measuring pushrods..got a 7.375 but got a lot of valvetrain noise so went with 7.4 but still sounds a lil loud but just had the car takin to get the exhaust welded up so I Can really here it..will see the car on sat to see if the closed exhaust will help me hear the engine better. Other then that car idles good and has good oil pressure. And though I'm avoiding high rpms it feels nice. Here's a crappy video

Glad to see ya got it up and runnin man. I'm betting your cam calls for 7.425
push rods or did you mill the heads some. You'll want 1.5 to 1.75 turns of the
rocker bolt from zero lash to 22 ft./lbs.

Congrats on getting it running. That's some crazy valvetrain noise on that first startup vid. Recently got mine running as well, but need to replace the knock sensors/harness (knock sensors are old, not new) or figure out why they're reporting knock (probably just bad sensors/harness). When the timing is manually commanded, it runs like a champ. Build info is in my sig. Shooting for 350-400 whp smog legal. Think it'll need ported heads and/or a FAST to reach 400 NA.

What did it score? You know those test results can be made to pass by simply adjusting the microphone placement/aim, right?

Check for exhaust leaks? If that's not exhaust leaks, that's crazy bad valvetrain noise. What kind of cam lobes were used? What's the lifter preload amount?
