Switch over to long tube headers and run true duals. Next would be heads.

I would get the heads from someone like Total Enging Airflow (TEA), Advanced Induction, or one of the other sponsoring outfits that actually assmble the heads. That way you can: (a) have the components you want, such as specific valve springs, retainers etc.; and (b) have the heads milled to pick up some compression since your existing cam would permit some increase in compression without having to flycut the pistons. In this same process you can get their advice concerning whether 1.8 rockers will work well with your combo.

If you looking for 100 more hp n/a with the 5.3 you have, your gona have to do some serious work since youve already done cam, and other regular boltons. Heads and headers may be worth another 50 I would guess. If the 90mm intake you have is a truck one, you could spend the cash on a Fast LSXRT intake and port the TB. Throw in a underdrive, dynotune and you will be close. Best bet would be just buy a 6.0 and do everything these guys are saying and youve got a 100+ hp with out breaking a sweat. They can be found for reasonable money. Stall will help a lot too.
