cant say anything about the F13 cam, but im running the EPS 226/230 cam and its great!

I got a 9.97@132mph out of a F13, Stage II 5.3s, TH350, 3150lb., 275 DRs, 150 shot, back in the day.
Wish I had one in my car now

Its a custom cut comp cams, Jason at RPM had it in his Trans Am a few years back, its on a 112+2 lsa and was cheap as hell!
