Quite a few. Reduced spring life, extremely loud/annoying valvetrain, valvetrain instability @ high rpms, just to name a few.

I'd also flush that motor when it's all buttoned back up. That metal had to go somewhere. I'd run 4 qts of cheap 5w30 mixed with 2 qts of Dex/Merc trans fluid for about 20 minutes with a fresh oil filter. Drain it, remove filter, then run your normal oil w/ new filter.

Definately want to replace those lifters. If the cam lobe is worn like that, the lifter roller is junk too.
