By the way, I would say that both Jay's and TEA's heads are good and both could do the job. But I would have to go with Jay's heads if I wasn't running my own. More and more of my customers are running Jays heads. There's got to be something good with them!
That sounds like a great idea, you guys should find a shop independant that would want to do a Stage 2 type head on a 346 shootout. I cant afford to keep buying head gaskets/parts to swap more than 3-4 heads and im on a 408". So you guys should get together to do a 346 type competition...

If its not patented or illegal, then its perfectly fine to copy head porting or anything of the sort. Thats how buisness in this country works.

Lol...I dont port heads, neither does my shop nor anyone personally that i know. Me with a grinder = watch out damage coming through!
Please dont offend my pride with such a thought...
I spoke at length /w Brian TEA (1hr+) just b/sing car stuff, and if you follow many of my posts youll see i constantly post dyno results etc to share to the LS1 community of knowledge...

Geez guys you are all harsh! Im eager to see how they all stack up as the next day, i halfway eat and breathe this new ls1 stuff...

Im going to go through and spend all the cash out of my own pocket dynoing, changing parts (countless hours of labor) and paying for gaskets/parts to do this and you guys are gonna criticize, come on guys..

Fair enough, no harm or offense intended. Just food for thought.

I will repeat my question: Are you the Jim Voyles from California that has scammed several people on the Corvetteforum.com board?

I remember him having a yellow vette just like the one you posted pictures of a month or so ago. Same wheels, everything.

I would say yes he is. By the way c4vettels1 you told me your car ran 10.5 N/A But if you go back and look at your old posts you stated your car went 10.5 on the bottle with the 450 rwhp setup. I just want to know how much more BS you got to share with the ls1 world. And as far as your race weight being 2900 pounds that is impossible. Because with you in that car it is so full of **** you would need a jet engine to run 9's

C4, again, I'm done posting in this thread now, just keeping an eye out for some friends. I hope we do in fact see a head shoot out, and you may well be the right guy to do it.
