You will have enough room to run a 224/224ish cam which is plenty for a 5.3. I just built this exact setup using stock heads milled 0.030" with an .040 gasket and 224/224-112+4 cam. PTV was .12x intake/.14x exhaust. The larger valves on the ported heads will reduce PTV some but you should be fine.
It's always a good idea to check your actual PTV as variances in deck height and valve height on the seat can be different. I only quoted my measurements to give you an idea of what to expect.

Is 58cc stock on the 5.3L? I had heard it was like 63/64cc. Im just trying to find the right answer cuz everybody says something different.

i know this is really old but i cant find **** for people doing these mods on the 5.3 with the prc heads and a 224 or 228. Anyone have any numbers for these.
My setup is a 5.3 with ls6 z06 405 hp cam and with longtubes/intake and dual exhaust i only made 280/295 tq in my rx7
