Explaination for these low dyno numbers??

Got the car tuned yesterday after the torquer v2 was installed and here is the dyno graph. A huge improvement over my baseline run. A difference of 85 HP and 43ft torque through an A4.

Found out what was causing all of the tuning problems. Below is a pic when my IAC was removed. Mine is on the left and my tuners is on the right. His IAC on his 99 camaro is sticking out noticably further then mine.Both the tunes IAC Park Counts (which is where the IAC will return to once the key is turned off) are exactly the same between my tuners and mine..which should make both IAC plungers be in the same position...and as you can see they are not....which is what has been causing the issues with my car. Just for the hell of it my tuner put my IAC in his car and it imediately started up and went to 2,500 and died...and would not start up again on its own unless the throttle was being pressed.

Yea me neither. Apparently you cant manual push or pull the IAC. Any movement other than intended by the motor causes it to be out of calibration. When got my torque converter insatalled it wasent idleing right and the shop manually push/forced it all the way open making it never operate at th intended IAC counts
