Ouch on the rear ... I am deathly afraid to put anything sticky on my 10-bolt until it's out in favor of a 9". That way I still have it when I de-mod and am ready to sell. Let the forum know how the stock 10-bolt holds up.

I would go with the Trick Flow 215's myself, I am saving up for a set of them right now for my car.

The heads I have that Tony worked on have excellent intake flow but also have unbelievable exhaust flow. This may influence any cam decisions with regards to duration and if you go with the AFR's you may want to contact Tony and talk to him about cam choices.

"vettenuts" ... To satisfy my curiousity, do you have the flow #'s on your heads? I would like to compare them to my TFS CNC ported 215's.

You say that both heads are available for you to use, meaning that a purchase is not necessary? Wow,if only you could bolt on both sets of heads and do some dyno pulls, that would tell the true story of which set of heads actually produces the most HP/TQ on a 408. I know it's a lot of work involved, but it would sure separate the bullshit form the facts.

As you must be aware of the two heads mentioned will not produce the maximum HP/TQ that a 408 is capable of.
