which piston for 11:5:1 compression

Im about to order a texas speed stroker kit and Idk how to figure out what my exact compression would be.. I have an afr 225 head with 59cc chamber and a stock mls 6.0 head gasket, The motor is going to be a 404/408 depending on which piston I choose.. Either a -8cc dish,-10cc dish or -15cc dish?? I want around 11:5:1

Depending on your deck height with a -10cc piston that should bring you right at your desired 11.5 compression.

Deck height is stock, so just out of curiosity how much would the -15cc change it? Thanks

^^^^^^ ummmmmm no...... -2cc would put him well over 12:1
