I used a 6.0 crank in a 5.3 and had no problems. I was just recently looking for a crank and read somewhere that the 6.0 ones are balanced different because the pistons are heavier. The 5.3 I used it in runs smooth as can be though. Just something I read and not sure if theres any truth to it ....???
