Wow, thank you everyone for the influx of information. This is what I needed to help pinpoint what I should be looking for. I may reach out to Pat G, seen his name come up quite a few times while searching for cam info. I think I will end up going G5X1 as the specs for that seem to be right in line with what most were saying for specs. Thanks again everyone.

maybe maybe not, there are also well tuned cars with more duration and more aggressive lobes that dont make that power all else being the same.
I would just shoot for a cam that fits your criteria in terms of drivablity and how you want the power delievey and not worry about what the dyno says. In this case a 233/239 on 113 would work well i believe.

I have a custom BRE 224 cam with unported 243 heads that makes 444 rwhp. My setup makes 365 rwtq @ 3000 rpm and 400 rwtq @ 3800 rpm. It's not slapped together by any means but when you optimize a setup it's amazing how well it works. Click my sig link for more details.

A cam that makes that kind of power on stock heads will be on the larger side and will be a little sluggish in the low rpms. It really depends on your definition of "decent drivability" IMO pick up some ported heads and make a decent amount more power more efficiently and have more power under the curve

I have 02 z06 and have the same goals. I am looking for dependability and high high 10's or low 11's. I went with eps with low 600's lift 230's duration on 112. Thats what they sugested I used. I am running kooks 1 7/8, stock ti's, fast 90 to be hopefully ported by mamo, ati pulley, quality valvetrain, blackwing intake, oe 90 tb. I am looking at mid to late april to get all parts in, I will let you know how it does.

421.6/dynoed/Tuned @ ECS rear wheel in LS1/ Comp cam 230's/620's/114. Stock 3.42 rear, long tubed, cats, corsa, veraram. Choppy idle, surges under 1000 rpm, runs strong through the gears. Have changed driving habits, ECS rec 4.10/coming soon. Sorry, but it seems you need to use the camera on your phone to make the data cut-off
