and it also depends on what kind of springs you have and what brand some are last longer then others

Pull a couple and have them tested every so often.

I know it took a few hours to do the valve springs on my modded l67 in my monte . I cant imagine how little hand room to do the back ones.

Just fill cyl #1 or #2 with compressed air to prevent the valve from dropping, then pull both from that cylinder. While not as easy as cleaning the air filter, it's worth doing (recommended frequency will vary with lobe, lift, and intended use).

I wouldn't push it too far beyond 25K miles for most springs... I have had them break before, not fun...

2 biggest factors are how u drive it and quality of the spring long as they were set up properly. Prc eht springs should last you 20k. Those are nice springs and well worth the money.

Just pull a couple and have pressures checked. I usually recommend guys doing it about 15K just to see where they are at. I get guys all the time with 25K+ calling asking if it is time or not. I wouldn't go that far before checking. Just next time you are under the hood for routine maintenance pull and couple and see where they are at.
