I had a buddy paint it. He's a professional painter, not sure what all he did to prep it.

Thanks! The wheels are Fikse FM5's. I got them from a local performance shop back in 2001.

Beautiful car, great choice in parts too i wouldnt do one thing different. Good luck with the install ill be watching for results

Installed Katech C5R Chain. Hopefully I will be getting my cam soon so I can finish the install.


Decided to go ahead and mockup my ewp so I could figure out the wiring.

That shets gonna look so good you won't want to drive it! I'm glad I found your thread since I have been on the fence about painting my valve covers, they look far better than I imagined, I'll be doing that this weekend

One question?

You have a 104 lid and a 100maf but you're only running a 226/230 cam? Why not Pat's 234/242 or 238/242? Just curious, nothing more.
