Should I go from the stock ls1 to ls6 intake ? I found the ls6 intake for around 100 used and they are not that expensive if I get them new. What kind of hp gains will I see on stock engine and will they handle more bolt-on's power down the road.
Or should I just pay the money for new fast lsx manifold and if so what model, the 102mm is the biggest and is bigger better what kind of gains would I see from the fast intake on stock engine?

true but its auctioning for $81 dollars right now so it could bid into the 300's maybe but for actual number what kind of differences are we talking about between the ls6 manifold and the fast manifold horsepower and potential wise?

How soon are you talking about making a monster? With a FAST you can make alot more power but you need heads/cam/etc/etc...
If your looking for a good boost in power as a bolt on for now, get the LS6 for sure. Like said before you can flip in for more than you bought it for in the first place if you get it for under $300.
You'll only see a handful of hp with the FAST over the LS6 until you start adding power adders that require as much air as you can get. Get the LS6 for now bro, that my suggestion and put the extra money somewhere else that is needed.
