Default What cam?

I'm running this 6.0L in my 87 IROC and want opinions on the cam choice. It has a turbo cam right now (SpeedInc TU2) but maybe I could use a more NA friendly cam to get me a bit more power? Here's a part list.

2000 LQ4 (0.030 over)
Stock crank (machined .010/.010)
Chevlite H series Cam,Rod and Main Bearings
Compstar 6.125 H-Beams
Wiesco -11CC Pistons (rings gapped for boost)
Comp 236/236 .581/.581 112.5 (TU2)
LS6 intake
Nasty fuel rails w/42lbs injectors
GM LS7 Lifters
Trickflow Hardened pushrods
Melling High Pressure Pump
JP Performance Double Roller Timing Chain
ARP MAIN STUDS
LS9 Head gaskets
Patriot Stage 2 5.3 heads - ported/polish (milled to 58cc)
Patriot .650 Lift Springs
Stock Rockers
98+ F-body Oil pan (with -10an drain, windage and pickup tube)
TR6 plugs
2000 Truck Coils

Should be around 10.5:1 compression. MS4 be a good choice? I'm unsure about a custom grind right now, don't really know what that entails. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Auto or manual? What kind of rpms are you looking at turning? Desired usage of the car?

Sorry, forgot to mention that. Car has a T56 and 3.90 gears. It's mostly a toy so having something that likes high rpm is fine, as long as driveability doesn't become an issue.

The Tsp 233/239 bumpstick is a nice choice as well. I chose the setup for a buddies car and we are very pleased. Cam only setup through a big converter it put down 422rwhp on motor.

I was looking at the TS cams and I saw a few that I liked, but that ESP cam just literally jumped off the page at me. I love it. Anybody have any dyno sheets or engine break-downs they can share? Maybe show me what I'd be getting if I was to throw a cam in my engine...

You might also take a look at the PRC heads. Whether it is a stock ported casting or an aftermarket casting PRC has consistantly been able to perform with the competition. Feel free to give us a call or PM one of us for some more information!
