Will a g5x3 cam (234/242 .600/610 112 lsa) clear. I have 2000 camaro ls1 it have stock 243 heads from a 07 5.3 motor. will this cam clear without hitting the valves. I called LG last week and they said yes and i called again today and they said its a very close. Motor has fle-pro head gasket from auto zone. Any info will help.

IIRC, the X3 112 clears by around .070 on the intake with stock gasket. How thick is your Fel-Pro?

it should fit, but you can always check ptv clearance if you want some peace of mind .

ok called FLE-PRO 9284pt head gaskets and they said its 54-60000s if that helps ANYONE
