I have not sold any of them before because I just made the first set of them. I was doing research to verify the Delrin in an engine. I found out the OEM's use Delrin in engines to make the chain guides. So, once I got the material sourced out with the correct bolts and made them, they turned out great. I just think one solid piece is the way to go.
And yes, I am the seller on Ebay.

I've had my double roller heat treated Rollmaster in my motor for over 5 years, been through 3 motor builds, 3 sets of valve springs on my L92 engine(7700 rpm shifts eat springs) and mine is still tight as the day I remember installing it(had a rough time getting it on in the first place)
after buying a ls2 chain and one of these chain guides, couldn't you just buy a double roller? for the same money?

Note that it's black plastic, not tan like the one I got from Katech. I just popped out to the garage for a quick comparison and it appears the bolt spacing is different. I'll have to get an actual measurement later.
redbird555 said earlier in this thread that he had an '01 LS6 that didn't even have the boss drilled to install the part. Based on his data point, and these two engines I have sitting in my garage, it would appear that GM stopped using the tan timing chain damper on the LS1s and LS6s at some point, then at some later date began using the LS2 style black plastic damper.

Interestingly enough, it turns out I didn't need the original one from Katech. I found that both the LS6 long block I picked up, and the original LS6 in my '05 CTS-V, have a timing chain damper already installed. Here's the new engine:

I have a double roller adjustable with this. Fits great. Although, like mentioned before, the tension/lash is so tight, I doubt it will ever be needed. I'm happy to have the insurance.
