Stop messing with it, just spray the thing already. Your splitting hairs. Pull some timing and lower the idle if you are soo concerned about having it choppy. I can use my scanner to temporarly adjust the timing/idle if your interested to hear how it would sound.

But if you insist on changing the cam, here are some other good choices.

It's not about the choppy idle, if it was I'd go with a 112 LSA. It's about what power I can have out of the stock short block with my current heads.


Edit: Nitrous is being put on the car even with a cam change Brian lol

Bumping this back up.


Spoke with PatG and he told me to go with a 230/234 .600/.602" 112LSA with EPS lobes


Anyone have a similar cam?
