Want a Lopey Cam

Futral FM11, makes amazing power for what it is, drives better than stock, sounds like this http://www.streetfire.net/video/2000...ons_143471.htm
Do a search on it, you'll be happy with what you find.

Im in the same boat not sure what all the other years have for heads but I got the boo boo 853's plan on running this cute little 346 till it blows. I too want lopey cam running stock heads with bolt on's Im pretty sketchy on which cam to go with cause I dont want to always change out valve springs every 10-18k etc..
so dont over 595 lift for a cam? I really like the sound of this torquer v2 I was told that car at the time in this video idle was set @750 or so true?

This.
A Torquer 2 on a 112, for example has 9 degrees. This is my personal limit for a daily driver with tunability and decent manners for the street. Others will argue to go bigger, but if you want a nasty lope, wicked powerband and still enjoy all aspects of comfortably cruising around, I'd make this the limit.

Same cam a friend of mine is running on stock heads. I like it but just not sure if I want to go that big... it's a tough decision. I've been really into the Torquer cams TSP sells and I'll most likely end up going that route but still haven't made the final decision.

not sure where the text went in that quote but it was supposed to say "same cam a friend of mine is running on stock heads." I like it but not sure if I want to go that big. Tough decision. I really was leaning towards the Torquer cams by TSP but haven't made a final decision yet...

Haha yeah. I asked because there have been articles in some of the magazines about how they actually make decent power...not like other cams obviously but I've seen mixed opinions.
