got a lq4 motor n my truck, its got over 220,000 miles on her, shes still runs strong, but i want to rebuild her

but iam on a pretty tight budget, loss my job

so i wanna use my stock crank n put lq9 rods, they say there beefer,

i also want to run forged pistons, flat tops, n run a bigger bore,

so what brand of pistons r good, also what heads r good to run on a 6.0, i got the iron heads, idk what cast #,

i might just run a cheater cam, my mods on the motor r lt headers, cai, free mods, and a tune,
