That video shows a rocker way loose and was told thats zero lash.
The rocker arm might still be easy to move side-to-side at zero lash, but there should be no up/down movement of the pushrod or rockerarm. Just make sure you stop the instant all the up/down is gone so you don't compress the lifter spring.
