Thats a great street cam, makes tq. Ive always seen it put down 405-410 wtq on stock 243 head,346 compression cars. Either a LS6 motor, or a LS1 that put the heads on budget, like used for $350-500 and bolted on, makes the same power as some of the $950-1200 ported heads.

Now would I need to upgrade injecters with a smaller cam such as this? So far on my list I have double roller timing chain, ls6 oil pump, pushrods, arp head bolts, gaskets, ls6 2.5 heads from tsp and the ssht cam. I'm **** about having most of what I will need in front of me before starting a project. Haha anything I'm forgetting?

Yeah, you will need to for sure. You can get either the red top or green top injectors. They are in the classified section quite often; should be able to find a full set of red tops for $100 to $125.

Ok I've seen several sets of these. Is there a need to upgrade the fuel pump or can the stock unit hold it?

I'd think you'd be fine with the stock fuel pump.
