no i dont. im getting background on the cars im looking at. Such as HP limitations, max boost limitations, ways to increase horsepower while not blowing the motor, ways to improve motor strength, durability of the car, re-sale value of the car, good/bad places to buy parts, availibilty of replacement parts of something brakes, ways to improve the car.

Im not just going to go buy a car, then research it, and realize its more a pain in the *** to get it to where i want it to be then i imagined. Thats completely retarded and a *** backwards way of doing things. I am not just going to buy off impulse, thats a 16 yr old thing to do. The "oh, i want it, im buying it now" attitude doesnt cut out, id like to make sure ik what to do with the car before i buy it so i can make it last when i do begin to mod. If i remember correctly, that is the right way of doing things. Research, then buy. Please correct me if you think im wrong.

Trust me, i see your point...If I was to be going to a different family of cars than I am used to with the plans to mod I'd want to know as much as I could about them before dropping a large amount of money too.

No you don't need to port your heads for the ms3 or 4 cam, but they do like alittle higher compression (11-11.5:1) if your plan is to go forced induction in the near future i'd get the heads ported....if your going to wait a while I'd look at getting them milled too.
Without milling the heads it will be alittle more sluggish, but you don't want that high compression with forced induction.

Porting the heads will give you gains both ways...better n/a flow, and once you go FI you can move more air easier and make more power with lower boost psi.

I didn't know you could pick your lsa on the Ms cams...the 115lsa would be your best choice of them. You will also want to check your PTV clearance....maybe just go with a small dish and valve reliefs so you can get plenty of room and lower your compression for boost

yea i would go against the MS3-4, as you would benifit more from a reverse split (i.e. 230/224). talk to pat G and he can make u a custom blower cam, you would be alot happier with a blower cam then a N/A cam. also highly recommend that you get a much better oil pump and a double roller timing chain as you will be spinning this thing up pretty good. i second the ARP bolts as well

Since you asked to be corrected...

All the Stang-boi profanity and abbreviations don't even rise to the level of 16 year-old behavior. Grow up.

I read what i said twice, and from what i saw, i didn't see any profanity. The abbreviations make it quicker to type and its a habit after typing for a while. If your going to criticize me then make it worth while. Your the one that came in the thread during your period and decided to make a smart *** comment to make yourself feel better.

If the fact that i own a Ford and that I'm researching a car before jumping into buying and pouring money into it offends you, Move on. Because if you don't have any useful information to share with me, you're completely useless to me and i could care less what you have to say.
